- How fresh our products are, which is related to the high quality on all raw ingredients (specially fish and rice). We use up to 6 whole salmons per day (vs restaurants use 2-3 per week on average).
- We have chosen a unique mix of rice (the blend is ours only) to improve the customers’ experience and quality of our sushi. This unique combination prevents the rice of getting dry.
- Marketing animation – we communicate with customers through several touchpoints – tastings, marketing communication, digital, etc.
- Real innovations we brought to the market: we launched the Crunch category, which is one of the best selling categories throughout Europe. We were also the first to launch brown rice products and gluten-free products.
